On the claimant’s revision, the judgment of the Land Labour Court Berlin-Brandenburg was partially set aside. The defendant’s cross-appeal against the Labour Court Berlin judgment was dismissed. Tenor

Auf die Revision der Klägerin wird das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Berlin-Brandenburg vom 26. Juli 2016 - 16 Sa 29/16, 16 Sa 662/16 - teilweise aufgehoben.
Die Anschlussberufung der Beklagten gegen das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Berlin vom 26. November 2015 - 13 Ca 2610/15 - wird zurückgewiesen.
Die Kostenentscheidung bleibt dem Schlussurteil vorbehalten.

Sonstige Leitsätze
