In this employment dispute, the Federal Labor Court decided by acknowledgment judgment. Auf die Revision der Klägerin wird das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Berlin-Brandenburg vom 19. Mai 2016 - 18 Sa 33/16 - aufgehoben.
Die Berufung der Beklagten gegen das Teilurteil des Arbeitsgerichts Berlin vom 8. Juli 2015 - 14 Ca 1895/15 - wird zurückgewiesen.
Die Beklagte hat die Kosten der Berufung und der Revision zu tragen.
