The Federal Labour Court dismissed the plaintiff’s revision against the Hessian Regional Labour Court’s judgment. The court noted that the parties had waived a statement of facts and reasons because of a parallel proceeding. The revision was therefore rejected, and the plaintiff was ordered to bear the costs of the revision.
