The Federal Labour Court dismissed the plaintiff’s revision against the judgment of the Rhineland-Palatinate Regional Labour Court. The court gave no facts or reasons because the parties had waived them under Section 313a ZPO. The plaintiff was ordered to bear the costs of the revision.
§ 313a ZPO; waiver of findings of fact and reasons; where the parties waive the statement of facts and the reasons, the court may issue a judgment without a full written reasoning. If the revision is rejected, the costs of the revision are to be borne by the unsuccessful appellant.
