The Federal Labour Court dismissed both parties' revisions against the Hessian Labour Court judgment. The court noted that the parties had waived findings of fact and reasons under Section 313a ZPO. Costs of the proceedings were allocated 82% to the plaintiff and 18% to the defendant.
