Resumo Omnilex

The claimant pursued a salary claim under pay group V b BAT for the period from 1 May 2008 to 31 December 2009, specifically the highest age step. The Federal Labour Court partially upheld the defendant state's revision and set aside the Hessian LAG judgment in part. It held that the claimant's appeal was inadmissible to the extent it sought the relevant declaration. The claimant was ordered to bear the costs of the appeal and revision.
