In insolvency proceedings concerning H, nine financial institutions and an insurer, together with H2, filed immediate complaints against a ruling of the Düsseldorf Local Court dated 2019-09-09. The complaints were filed on 2019-09-20 by the first group and on 2019-09-23 by H2. The Local Court did not grant relief on the complaints and ordered the case file submitted to the Düsseldorf Regional Court for a decision. The ruling does not determine the merits of the complaints.
