In dem Rechtsstreit

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 28.10.2014

für Recht erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt,
1.)
an die Klägerin einen Betrag in Höhe von 3.021,41 € nebst Zinsen in
Höhe von 8 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem
17.05.2010 zu zahlen,
2.)
an die Klägerin vorprozessuale Rechtsanwaltsgebühren in Höhe von
703,80 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen
Basiszinssatz seit dem 11.03.2014 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
