Tenor

Der Vollstreckungsbescheid des Amtsgerichts Uelzen vom 10.10.2013 (Gesch.-Nr. ##########) wird aufgehoben und die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Kläger kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, sofern nicht der Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
