Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 400,00 EUR (in Worten: vierhundert Euro) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 25.07.2013 sowie vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 48,73 EUR zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
