Tenor
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger zu 1) einen Betrag in Höhe von 800,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 13.04.2012 zu zahlen.
Ferner wird die Beklagte verurteilt, an die Kläger zu 2) und zu 3) jeweils einen Betrag in Höhe von 400,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 13.04.2012 zu zahlen
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der jeweilige Kläger vor der Vollstreckung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages Sicherheit leistet.
