Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger zu 1. und 2. jeweils 400,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 %-Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 20.11.2011 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn die Kläger nicht vor der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leisten.
