Tenor

Der Antragsgegner wird verpflichtet, rückständigen Kindesunterhalt für den gemeinsamen Sohn der Parteien B, geboren am ##### für die Monate Februar, März, April, Mai 2012 in Höhe von 1.140 € zu zahlen.

Der Antragsgegner wird darüber hinaus verpflichtet, zu Händen der Antragstellerin laufenden Kindesunterhalt für B in Höhe von 110 % des Regelbetrages der jeweiligen Regelbetragsverordnung nach der 3. Altersgruppe der Düsseldorfer Tabelle, derzeit 469 € nach Abzug des anteiligen Kindergeldes 377 € ab Juni 2012 monatlich im Voraus bis zum 3. Werktag eines jeden Monats zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird der Antrag abgewiesen.

Der Widerantrag wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens tragen die Antragstellerin zu 22 %, der Antragsgegner zu 78 %.

Diese Entscheidung ist sofort wirksam.
