Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.174,23 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz hieraus seit dem 27.11.2010 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
