Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt,

den Kläger von der Forderung der Deutschen Anwaltlichen Verrechnungsstelle AG gemäß der Rechnung vom 07.09.2010 Rechnungs-Nummer: XXXXX durch Zahlung in Höhe von restlichen 360,57 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 26.07.2011 durch Zahlung auf das Konto mit der Nummer XXXXXX bei der L (BLZ XXXXXXXX) freizustellen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits fallen der Beklagten zur Last.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
