für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 549,00 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.09.2010 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird ferner verurteilt, dem Kläger nicht anrechenbare vorge-richtliche Kosten in Höhe von 83,54 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.09.2010 zu erstatten.
Der Beklagten fallen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zur Last.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
