In a written first-instance proceeding, the Düsseldorf Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff €2,088.89, together with interest at eight percentage points above the applicable base rate from 12 September 2006 and €229.30 in pre-litigation attorney fees. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstre-ckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
