Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf – Abt. 34 –

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 17.06.2008

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 555,60 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe

von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz hieraus seit dem 16.6.2007

zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313 a ZPO abgesehen.
