hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 11. November 2005

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger Euro 1.200,-- nebst 5 Prozent-

punkten Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 30.07.05 zu zahlen; im Üb-

rigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte zu 86 %, die Kläger zu

14 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
