Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den Klägern jeweils zur Hälfte auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Kläger können die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des vollstreckbaren Betrags abwen-den, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
