Tenor
hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf
auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 20. Dezember 2005
durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X
für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, den Klägern gesamtgläuberisch eine
Gutschrift auf das bei der Beklagten geführte Giro-Konto mit der
Konto-Nr. 60077555157/00 in Höhe von 516,40 EUR zu zahlen nebst
den hierauf seit dem 6. April 2000 entfallenen Überziehungszinsen
zu erteilen.
Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagte 16 %
und die Kläger 84 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Den Parteien wird nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollsteckung
gegen Sicherheitsleistung in der Höhe abzuwenden, in der
vollstreckt wird.
