Der Angeklagte wird wegen gefährlicher Körperverletzung in sieben Fälle und wegen unerlaubten Besitzes einer halbautomatischen Selbstlade-Kurzwaffe zu einer Gesamtgeldstrafe von 140 Tagessätzen zu je 15 Euro verurteilt.
Die Geldstrafe ist zahlbar in 21 Monaten zu je 100 Euro, erstmals fällig bis zum dritten Werktage des auf die Rechtskraft des Urteils folgenden Monats. Wird eine Rate nicht bis spätestens zum zehnten Werktage des jeweiligen Fälligkeitsmonats gezahlt, so wird der Gesamtbetrag sofort fällig.
Der Angeklagte trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens.
