hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 23.3.2004
durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X
für R e c h t erkannt:
Es wird festgestellt, dass der Rechtsstreit in der Hauptsache
hinsichtlich der Feststellungsanträge aus der Klageschrift vom
10.12.2003 erledigt ist.
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt an den Kläger 1.071,24 EUR nebst 5 %
Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 28.1.2004 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird darüber hinaus verurteilt, den Kläger von
weiteren Kosten der Rechtsverfolgung für das Verfahren vor
dem Integrationsamt Münster - Az. 61 K - 131301 - 1.3 und 61 K
131301/438/2003 - und für das Kündigungsschutzverfahren vor
dem Arbeitsgericht Bochum - Az. 3 Ca 1773/03 i.H.v. insgesamt
3.043,16 EUR freizustellen.
Die Klage im übrigen wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 5.400 EUR
vorläufig vollstreckbar.
