Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

ohne mündliche Verhandlung

im schriftlichen Verfahren gem. § 495 a ZPO am 19. März 2004

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, den Kläger von einer restlichen Gebührenforderung

des Herrn Rechtsanwalt X in Höhe von 126,56 EUR freizustellen.

Die Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gem. § 313 a Abs. 1 S. 1 ZPO abgesehen.
