hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 25.März 2003

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites trägt die Klägerin.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin kann die Zwangsvollstreckung durch die Be-

klagte gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu

vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, sofern die Beklagte vor

der Vollstreckung nicht Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch durch die selbstschuldneri-

sche Bürgschaft einer deutschen Bank oder Sparkasse er-

bracht werden.
