Der Kläger hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

Der Kläger kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 200,00 EUR abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Die Sicherheitsleistung kann durch Bürgschaft einer Bank oder öffentlich-rechtlichen Sparkasse innerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland erbracht werden.
