für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Klägerin hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Klägerin darf die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 300,-- EUR abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
Sicherheitsleistung können auch durch selbstschuldnische, unbe-dingte und unbefristete Bürgschaften von als Zoll- und Steuerbürgen zugelassenen deutschen Kreditinstituten bewirkt werden.
