Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 28.3.2001

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Unter Abweisung der Klage im Übrigen werden die Be-

klagten als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger

29,11 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 4.3.2000 zu zah-

len.

Der Kläger trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Kläger kann die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheits-

leistung -auch zu erbringen durch Bankbürgschaft- in

Höhe von 1.200,-- DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklag-

ten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in dieser Höhe

leisten.
