Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 15.12.1998

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.000,02 DM nebst

4 % Zinsen seit dem 01.11.1997 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Gerichtskosten werden der Klägerin zu 31 %, der Beklagten

zu 44 % und dem ehemaligen Kläger zu 2. zu 25 % auferlegt.

Von den außergerichtlichen Kosten der Klägerin tragen diese

42 % selbst, 58 % die Beklagte.

Die außergerichtlichen Kosten des ehemaligen Klägers zu 2.

trägt dieser in vollem Umfang selbst.

Die außergerichtlichen Kosten der Beklagten tragen 39 % die

Beklagte selbst, 28 % die Klägerin und 33 % der ehemalige Kläger

zu 2.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
