The plaintiff brought a claim against the defendant before the Local Court Düsseldorf. hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 635,80 DM zuzüglich 4%

Zinsen seit 24.12.97 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte 90 %, der Kläger

10%.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
