hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im schriftlichen Verfahren nach Schriftsatznachlaß

bis zum 14. April 1998

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t e r k a n n t :

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger zu 1. sowie

an die Klägerin zu 2. jeweils 325,00 DM nebst 4 % Zin-

sen seit dem 10.10.1998 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auf-

erlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gem. § 495 a Abs. 2

ZPO abgesehen.
