Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im schriftlichen Verfahren gem. § 128 Abs. 2 ZPO

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin

109,20 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 28.01.1997 zu

zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin

92,6 % und die Beklagte 7,4 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
