für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 244,75 DM nebst
4 % Zinsen hieraus seit dem 12. Februar 1997 zu zahlen.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Kläger zu 84 % und
der Beklagten zu 16 % auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
