Following an oral hearing, Düsseldorf District Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiffs DM 197.10, together with interest at 4% from 14 April 1993. hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt,

an die Kläger 197,10 DM (i.W.:

Einhundertsiebenundneunzig

10/100 Deutsche Mark) nebst 4 %

Zinsen seit dem 14.04.1993

zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage

abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits

tragen die Kläger als Gesamt-

schuldner zu 87 % und die

Beklagte zu 13 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Auf die Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313 a

ZPO verzichtet.
