Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, als Gesamtschuldner an die Klägerin 420,00 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszins seit dem 11.12.2007 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagten tragen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Berufung wird nicht zugelassen.
