Leitsätze

  1. Soweit eine Auswertung und Herausgabe der Romessdaten in der Hauptverhandlung verlangt wird, muss das Gericht einem solchen Antrag im Rahmen eines standardisierten Messverfahrens nicht nachgehen.

  2. Das Messgerät Poliscan Speed entspricht nach wie vor der staatlichen Bauartzulassung der Physikalisch-Technischen Bundesanstalt (PTB). Diese Tatsache ist aufgrund der im Internet veröffentlichten Stellungnahme der PTB hierzu allgemein bekannt.

Tenor

Der Betroffene wird wegen fahrlässiger Überschreitung der zulässigen Höchstgeschwindigkeit zu einer Geldbuße von 150,00 EUR verurteilt. Die Kosten des Verfahrens und seine notwendigen Auslagen trägt der Betroffene (§§ 41 Abs. 1 i.V.m. Anlage 2, 49 StVO, 24 StVG, 11.3.6 Bkat).
