Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, es bei Meidung eines für jeden Fall der Zuwiderhandlung festzusetzenden Ordnungsgeldes bis zu 250.000,00 Euro, ersatzweise Ordnungshaft oder Ordnungshaft bis zu 6 Monaten zu unterlassen, auf dem Grundstück N-Str. … in C im Garten- und Terrassenbereich Katzenfutter zum Zwecke des Anlockens von Wildkatzen auszulegen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagte zu 75 %, die Kläger zu 25 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Beiden Parteien bleibt nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die vollstreckende Partei zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Der Streitwert wird auf 6.000,00 Euro festgesetzt.
