Tenor

Es wird angeordnet, dass das Kind T unbefristet bei der Pflegefamilie C verbleibt. Diese Maßnahme ist nach Ablauf eines Jahres von Amts wegen zu überprüfen.

Der Antrag der leiblichen Mutter auf Herausgabe des Kindes an sie wird zurück gewiesen.

Der Umgang der leiblichen Mutter mit dem Kind wird besonders geregelt (13 F 373/10).

Gerichtskosten werden nicht erhoben; außergerichtliche Kosten sind nicht zu erstatten.
