The plaintiff sought to be released from attorney-fee claims arising from legal work in proceedings before Münster Regional Court (10 O 152/06) and Hamm Higher Regional Court (6 U 130/07). Borken Local Court ordered the defendant to indemnify the plaintiff against claims by attorney L in the amount of EUR 2,176.98 and dismissed the remainder. The costs of the proceedings were set off against one another. The judgment was declared provisionally enforceable upon provision of security equal to 110% of the amount to be enforced.
