Tenor
Die Beklagten werden gesamtschuldnerisch verurteilt, es zu unterlassen, auf der Gemeinschaftsfläche der Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaft B in C, Gemarkung M, Flur #, Flurstück ### Personenkraftwagen abzustellen, zu parken oder diese Fläche zu befahren und derartige Handlungen von Besuchern zu dulden.
Den Beklagten wird im Fall der Zuwiderhandlung angedroht:
- die Festsetzung eines Ordnungsgeldes in Höhe von bis zu 250.000,00 EUR ersatzweise für den Fall, dass dieses nicht beigetrieben werden kann, die Anordnung von Ordnungshaft bis zu sechs Monaten.
Die Beklagten tragen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits als Gesamtschuldner.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 3.000,- € vorläufig vollstreckbar.
