Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, es unter Androhung eines vom Gericht für den
Fall der Zuwiderhandlung festzusetzenden Ordnungsgeldes, und für den

das nachstehend einkopierte Lichtbildwerk öffentlich zugänglich zu machen,
insbesondere durch Verlinkung der Seite www.strassenkatalog.de mit der
Internetseite „Panoramio“, insbesondere wie unter http://www.strassen-
katalog.de/panoramio/kuenstlerzeche alter fritz herne-wanne,61863712.html
geschehen.
Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
