Der Angeklagte wird wegen vorsätzlicher Körperverletzung in 2 Fällen, davon einmal tateinheitlich mit Widerstand gegen Vollstreckungsbeamte, sowie vorsätzlicher Trunkenheit im Verkehr zu einer Geldstrafe von 135 Tagessätzen zu je 10,00 Euro verurteilt.
Dem Angeklagten wird nachgelassen, die Geldstrafe in monatlichen Raten von 50,00 € zu zahlen. Gerät der Angeklagte mit einer Rate mehr als 14 Tage in Rückstand, ist der gesamte Restbetrag sofort zur Zahlung fällig.
Dem Angeklagten wird die Fahrerlaubnis entzogen. Der Führerschein wird eingezogen.
Die Verwaltungsbehörde darf ihm vor Ablauf von 12 Monaten keine neue Fahrerlaubnis erteilen.
Der Angeklagte hat die Kosten des Verfahrens und seine notwendigen Auslagen zu tragen
