Tenor

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits einschließlich der außergerichtlichen Kosten der Beklagten zu 1) werden den Klägern als Gesamtschuldner auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Kläger dürfen die Vollstreckung der Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrags abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
