Following an oral hearing on 1 August 2017, Bonn Local Court partially granted the plaintiffs’ claim against the defendant. In dem Rechtsstreit

hat das Amtsgericht Bonn auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 01.08.2017

für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 2.440,35 EUR (in Worten: zweitausendvierhundertvierzig Euro und fünfunddreißig Cent) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus 1.802,85 EUR seit dem 10.09.2016 und aus weiteren 637,50 EUR seit dem 22.11.2016 sowie vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 309,40 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 03.10.2016 zu zahlen.

Die darüber hinausgehende Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.

Dieses Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 105 % des jeweils beizutreibenden/zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
