Bonn District Court regulated the father’s contact with his son. Regular contact is to occur every two weeks from Friday afternoon until Tuesday morning, with an additional Monday-to-Tuesday visit in the intervening week. The father is to collect and return the child at school or childcare. For North Rhine-Westphalia school holidays longer than one week, contact is to take place during the first half of the holiday, except during the Christmas holidays. The court ordered the parties’ costs to be set off against each other.

Tenor

Das Umgangsrecht des Kindesvaters dem Sohn N I, geboren am ##.##.####, wird wie folgt geregelt:

Der regelmäßige Umgang findet 14tägig von Freitag 15:00 Uhr bis zum Beginn von Kindertagestätte/Schule am folgenden Dienstagmorgen , anknüpfend an den derzeit laufenden Umgangsturnus statt, sowie in der auf das Umgangswochenende folgenden Woche, jeweils montags in der Zeit von 15:00 bis zum darauffolgenden Dienstagmorgen.

Der Kindesvater wird N hierzu jeweils freitags bzw. montags von der Kindertagestätte/Schule abholen und ihn am Dienstagmorgen wieder in die KiTa/Schule bringen.

ln den Schulferien des Landes Nordrhein Westfalen, soweit diese länger als eine Woche dauern, findet der Umgang jeweils in der ersten Ferienhälfte ab dem 1. Feriensamstag 18:00 Uhr bis zum letzten Samstag in der 1. Schulferienhälfte um 18:00 Uhr statt.

Hiervon ausgenommen sind die Weihnachtsferien.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden gegeneinander aufgehoben
