Tenor

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Kläger 1.701,00 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 % Punkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus je 81,00 Euro seit dem 05.04., 04.05., 06.06., 06.07., 04.08., 05.09., 06.10., 04.11. und dem 05.12.2006 sowie seit dem 05.01., 06.02., 05.03., 05.04., 05.05., 05.06., 05.07., 06.08., 05.09., 05.10., 05.11 und dem 06.12.2007 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den Beklagten als Gesamtschuldnern auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung in der Höhe von 120 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
