Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 2.068,40 e nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.10.2003 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für die Klägerin jedoch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages.

Als Sicherheit genügt stets eine selbstschuldnerische, unwiderrufliche Bürgschaft einer deutschen Großbank, einer öffentlich-rechtlichen Sparkasse oder einer sonstigen, als Zoll- oder Steuerbürge zugelassenen beziehungsweise dem Einlagensicherungsfonds angeschlossenen Bank.

Dem Beklagten bleibt vorbehalten, die Vollstreckung aus dem Urteil auf den Nachlaß zu beschränken.
