Tenor

In dem Rechtsstreit A ./. B und C

wird die Beklagte B verurteilt, an die Klägerin 583,17 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 10.2.2011 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die außergerichtlichen Kosten des Beklagten C hat die Klägerin zu tragen.

Die außergerichtlichen Kosten der Beklagten B haben die Klägerin und die Beklagte B jeweils zur Hälfte zu tragen.

Die außergerichtlichen Kosten der Klägerin und die Gerichtskosten haben die Klägerin zu ¾ und die Beklagte B zu ¼ zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Beiden Parteien bleibt nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von jeweils 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in entsprechender Höhe leistet.
