Tenor

Der Angeklagte wird wegen Betruges im besonders schweren Fall in 4 Fällen jeweils in Tateinheit mit einem Verstoß gegen § 5 HeilprG zu einer Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe von 1 Jahr und 8 Monaten verurteilt.

Der Angeklagte trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens und seine notwendigen Auslagen.
