The Ahaus District Court convicted C, M, and L of negligent homicide. It imposed on C a fine of 150 daily rates of EUR 110, on M a fine of 60 daily rates of EUR 50, and on L a fine of 60 daily rates of EUR 40. T was acquitted. Tenor

Die Angeklagten C, M und L sind der fahrlässigen Tötung schuldig.

Der Angeklagte C wird deshalb zu einer Geldstrafe von 150 Tagessätzen in Höhe von 110 Euro verurteilt, der Angeklagte M zu einer Geldstrafe von 60 Tagessätzen zu je 50 Euro und der Angeklagte L zu einer Geldstrafe von 60 Tagessätzen zu je 40 Euro.

Der Angeklagte T wird freigesprochen.

Die Angeklagten C, M und L tragen die sie betreffenden Kosten des Verfahrens und ihre notwendigen Auslagen sowie die notwendigen Auslagen der Nebenkläger. Die Kosten des Verfahrens soweit sie den Angeklagten T betreffen und dessen notwendige Auslagen trägt die Staatskasse.
